NETWORK AND SHOOT SOME HOOPS WITH SUNS PLAYER BORIS DIAW
On Tuesday, November 11, Arizona Power Networking is proud to welcome NBA player Boris Diaw. You will have the opportunity to hear Diaw’s fantastic journey from France to Phoenix, to connect and network with Scottsdale professionals and to win great prizes in a fun basketball shootout, coached by a top NBA player!!
Boris Diaw played in the French B (second league) at Golbey-Epinal before moving to the United States and joining the rank of fellow NBA French basketball players, including San Antonio’s Tony Parker, Orlando’s Mickael Pietrus, Golden State’s Ronny Turiaf and Miami’s Yakouba Diawara. Boris served as Tony Parker’s Best Man to his July 2007 wedding to actress Eva Longoria.
Diaw created a not-for-profit organization in 2005 “Babac’Ards” to help young Senegalese children become productive citizens with a focus on education and basketball.
